Registered Home Manager | Elderly Residential Care | Gainsborough

  • Small, elderly residential Care Home, set in lovely gardens

  • Consistently Good CQC report overall with an excellent local reputation

  • Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm working hours and salary up to £32,000 per year


  • Brief: A unique opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to be the responsible individual for a small, good-rated elderly residential Care Home located in Gainsborough.

    The opportunity: The home requires a manager to maintain the home's excellent reputation. It is a lovely opportunity to work with an established and friendly close-knit care team and provide excellent care.,
  • Responsible for all duties involved in managing a small-sized elderly residential and dementia care home such as; appraisals, rotas, recruitment, CQC, residents' families, assessments, care plans, marketing and more., This Care Home is small, carefully renovated and homely set in beautiful gardens and clean and welcoming. Designed to provide residential, elderly, respite, short-term stays and mild dementia care for its residents it has an open-door policy. The home has an excellent care team which has contributed to the consistently Good CQC rating and Good online reviews.


  • This care home is privately run and independent. They are committed to ensuring that individuals retain their dignity, independence, privacy, choice and quality of life. Staff encourage all residents to participate and this creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

  • You must have an NVQ Level 5 in Healthcare Management

  • Have at least 2 years of experience as a Registered Manager of an Elderly Care Home

  • Experience in managing a Care Home with a Good CQC report

  • The care home has an excellent local reputation highlighted by the Good CQC rating and good staff levels., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care / Social Work Qualification

  • At least two years of experience and a proven track record in the management & delivery of high-quality elderly care within a residential care home

  • A portfolio of managing Care Homes with a Good CQC report

  • Confidence in your knowledge of CQC regulations and you have worked in a care home where you maintained a Good or higher, CQC rating

  • The ability to manage; occupancy, staffing, recruitment, compliance & networking to ensure the company's long-term success
