Rental Team Coordinator

With the business expanding we are looking for a Rental team coordinator to join the team, to assist our Rentals Manager in the running of the rentals department. This is a full-time, on-site role located at Allerthorpe Golf and Country Park. The Rental Team Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with coordinating rental activities and working alongside the rentals manager to ensure the team runs efficiently. This role includes communication with customers, assisting in managing the rentals team, ensuring customer satisfaction and some marketing work.

The role will be 5 days a week with some weekend work required on a rota basis.

This is a fast paced environment and requires someone who is organised and able to take initiative to ensure smooth running.

This role will requires weekend work.

• Excellent communication skills


• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction focus


• Excellent administrative skills


• Attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to work well in a team.


• Experience in a team leading role.


• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus


• Knowledge of the Elite management system is beneficial


• Marketing experience also preferred
