Resin Infusion Operator

We're looking for a permanent Resin Infusion Operator who is looking to join a fast paced and skilled team in a world leading sports car manufacturing environment. Day to day tasks will include:

· Preparing and managing process of silicon bags to produce moulded parts for resin infusion.

· Monitor and manage resin flow during the infusion process to achieve optimal results.

· Preparing mould tools by wax sealing, ready for gel coating.

· Gel coating and decanting gel by adding the correct catalyst ratio together ready to apply to mould.

· De-moulding finished parts.

· Preparing and checking materials and tools are correct before starting each job.

· Inspecting finished products for accuracy and quality.

· Supporting production by ensuring all parts are ready on time and up to standard.

· Understanding and following Health & Safety procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.

· Experience with Resin Infusion

· Experience with GRP Lamination desired but not essential

· An excellent eye for detail

· Good initiative and problem-solving skills

· Good communication skills written and verbal

· Ability to work independently and within a team environment

This is where we see our cars from start to finish before they hit the track -from our team of engineers who design and test new concepts, to the production teams who machine, fabricate, laminate, engine build, sub assemble, bay assemble, and dyno sign off every Radical car produced.
