Resource Planning Analyst

As a Resource Planning Analyst you will be reporting to the Senior Resource Planning Manager You'll be part of a team that will contribute to precise multi-channel forecasts, support operational departments as an SME in resource planning, drive process enhancements, and propose strategies for measurable improvements.

In your day-to-day role, as a Resource Planning Analyst you will:

• Deliver and maintain accurate and robust multi-channel forecasts


• Support Operational Departments as an SME on Resource Planning


• Identify, quantify and prioritise opportunities to enhance Operational efficiency


• Apply excellent analytical and technical ability to ensure the highest standards of analysis and reporting are delivered across the team to support Operations and assist in the creation of new processes to deliver improves customer contact and employee satisfaction


• Drive continual improvement of existing processes across Operations and beyond


• Understand the operational business model and propose, develop and deploy strategies to create measurable improvements
