Headway - the brain injury association, is seeking a dedicated Retail Shop Manager to join our team in Sheffield. This is your chance to make a real difference in the lives of others while leading a high-performing team and fostering a welcoming environment for customers.

As the Retail Shop Manager, you will:

  • Lead a team of staff and volunteers, fostering a positive, collaborative, and customer-centric work environment.

  • Oversee all aspects of shop operations, including stock management, sales, customer service, and loss prevention.

  • Achieve ambitious sales targets and implement strategies to maximise shop performance.

  • Deliver online selling on platforms.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, resolving inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.

  • Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

  • Deliver community engagement to share the understanding of Headways services.

    Retail management experience, preferably in a charity setting.

  • A strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • The ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.

  • Proficiency in retail technology systems a plus.
