Full Job Description

  • Proven experience in the Motor Trade within a similar role

  • Ability to check claims submitted by the site, progress and submit claims.

  • Able to ensure that any work undertaken meets the manufacturer's requirements and criteria for warranty claims.

  • Work closely with accounts department in the reconciliation of the warranty payments and can deal with any rejected warranty claims.

  • Possess excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Offer flexibility in their approach and the ability to work as part of a team.
