Rope Access & Building Manager

We are seeking a skilled Level3 or highly experienced Level2 Rope Access Technician to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years in Rope Access work - enabling them to take the step up to manage teams of IRATA staff across multiple projects in West Yorkshire.

You will be required to observe projects and report back to the Head Of Installation & Maintenance with any requirements you may have for your IRATA teams or general feedback the company will require from you.

Office hours are 8:30am - 5pm however most of your time will be spent on site.,

• Ensure rope access operations are following safety protocols and guidelines


• Perform inspections of site and ensure staff are being supervised correctly


• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations


• Maintain accurate records of work completed


• Estimating work


• CAD knowledge is required
  
  NEBOSH Qualified - or ready to undertake course on company behalf


• IRATA Level 3 or High level IRATA Level 2


• A degree related to the associated construction / civil engineering field (Desirable)


• Previous experience of managing teams of IRATA staff


• Available to travel to sites across West Yorkshire
