Sales assistant - Talbot Yard, Malton

We are looking for a mature, friendly and flexible sales assistant for our shop in Talbot Yard, Malton.

Experience in a customer-facing role and working alone or as part of a team is preferred.

The role will involve 3 shifts a week - Monday, Thursday & Friday 7-12 as well as some holiday/illness cover. Jobs will include setting-up and cleaning-down, basic food handling and operation of the till/cashing up.,

  We are a family-owned 'real-bread' bakery with shops in Malton, York and Leeds. All our products are hand-made and we use long-fermentation methods without any need for improvers or additives. We bake with 100% organic flour and locally sourced food, where possible.


We work with a team of talented bakers and brilliant shop staff - many have been with us for years and we pay everyone a Real Living Wage as set by the Real Living Wage Foundation.
