Full Job Description
The SDR Manager is primarily a senior and experienced SDR/BDR, responsible for identifying and generating qualified sales opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline. This role will also be responsible for managing Sales Development Representatives in the EMEA region, helping to build a strong performing SDR team that achieves and beats quota, and will be a key player in executing a comprehensive ABX strategy. You will work directly with prospects' managers and C-level executives within the Insurance Industry in EMEA.,
- Identify, research and prospect target accounts while forming strong alliance and collaboration between marketing and sales.
- Train, mentor, and guide other SDR's within the scope of their position.
- Be key player in all outbound sales, from research & prospecting to qualification.
- Capture, prospect, nurture and qualify leads, both inbound and outbound.
- Run omnichannel lead nurturing and qualification cadences, including cold calling.
- Manage your and your team's tasks, leads, and all data capture within Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Achieve quarterly and annual targets and pipeline quota.
- Work independently but collaboratively.
- Deliver clear business opportunities to the sales team.

- A Team player with great interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Good familiarity with Salesforce (or alike) and ABM platforms.
