Salary:     Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience

Hours:      Monday to Friday

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our dynamic team. As an SEN Teacher at Buzz Learning, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised learning experiences and support to students with Special Educational Needs. You will have the opportunity to work with students aged 11-24, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally in line with our inclusive ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of our young people.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the personal and academic development of all young people.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the holistic needs of students are met effectively.
• Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies to facilitate student progress and achievement.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Special Education Needs (SEN) or relevant subject area.
• Proven experience working with students with SEN, preferably within a school or college setting.
• Strong understanding of SEN principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of students.
