Senior Design Assistant

Due to our increased project work we are currently looking for a senior interior design assistant to join our small dynamic team., Will include site visits, client meetings and studio based meetings within our Leeds based showroom., Assist our Design Director in creating visual concepts using graphic design tools and software.

- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and clients to deliver a full turn key design package.
- Proactively manage client accounts and deal with day to day design related queries.

- Maintain client design files and documentation
- Preparation of interior samples to present to clients alongside the Design Director.
- Provide general administrative support to the design team to include receipt of deliveries.

Must have proven experience of working within high end residential design, strong competency in Auto CAD, Photoshop, 3D rendering and other design associated packages.

Must be reliable, punctual, able to work to deadlines and work independently under guided design direction.

Good knowledge of trade suppliers within the interior design industry is required., Proficiency in architectural packages to include CAD, Sketch up, N-scape, power point, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and communicative skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Knowledge of design principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

- Previous experience within this role or similar is essential.
