Senior Professional Development Phase Coach

An exciting opportunity has become available for an outgoing and intuitive Senior Professional Development Phase Coach at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club., Plan and prepare for all training sessions and matches and select the U21 team in conjunction with the Academy Manager, First Team staff and Academy support staff.
- Lead and work with all support staff working with the U21 players to ensure they maximise the players' learning and development.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with U21's within a Category 1 or 2 programme. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.
