As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'd be directly involved in current major infrastructure projects keeping you on track to consistently contribute and impact the Yorkshire area. For instance, to name just a few you'd be protecting thousands of homes from current, and future flooding - and reducing the impact of energy pollution, giving you the opportunity to become a key member of an already outstanding Commercial team based in the Yorkshire region.

Responsibility is key to manage various projects across different key frameworks that involve acting as the main interface with both Clients and Sub-Contractors, while taking on central tasks such as claim disputes, valuations, and commercial reporting. No two days will be the same, having the opportunity to broaden your experience into different areas of civil engineering straight away.

Ideally, you will have relevant market experience in Civil Engineering and NEC Option C contract experience, with the ability to manage junior staff.

Day Rate: £500 per day inside IR35
