Full Job Description

This role has many facets but in summary you will support the relationship between VMO2 and our offshore service delivery partners with the P2P and expenses function.

You will also support on multiple projects, taking the lead on PO Compliance training that will impact both legacy VM and O2.

It is key that the relationship between our offshore partners and VMO2 remains strong and effective so you will be responsible for motivating a team of specialists to ensure they are working efficiently and to a high standard, as well as continually improving and transforming service provision to our customers, modernising service and reducing need for customer interaction.

You will also support on audit activity planning, as well as ensure all relevant compliance needs are met and controls are operated in a timely manner.
Who we are

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Service Delivery experience (or experience working with offshore/3rd party providers)

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Compliance Controls operation, ensuring no deficiencies and changes to controls are delivered according to business need.

  • Ability to analyse and interpret data information and communicate to a wide range of stakeholders.

  • P2P Experience

  • A good working knowledge of Oracle EBS

  • Experienced in both internal (and ideally) external training.

  • Project management experience
