Piccadilly Motors Kia, a professional, successful, privately owned small dealer group, based in West & North Yorkshire, representing the Kia Brand require a Service Manager at their Wakefield Dealership.

The successful applicant will benefit from a technical background. Previous experience in the role of Workshop Controller, Service Manager will put you in a stronger position. A minimum of 24 months Franchise Aftersales experience is essential. You will work alongside our Group Aftersales Manager and Head of Business at the Dealership, who will support you in the role.

You must be positive, hardworking, willing to engage with customers, and motivate the entire team to meet set objectives. Help improve customer retention, growing retail labour sales, focusing on VHC's, selling add-on work in a professional manner. Always promoting best practice both front of house and in our modern workshop facilities. This is a busy hands-on role, in a small well managed business, which will prove extremely rewarding to the right candidate.
