Full Job Description
- Help develop and implement fun, engaging social media and content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create fun, engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin, Tik Tok.)
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute social and content campaigns .
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Manage and build relationships with influencers and bloggers
- Some SEO / Data Entry and Admin tasks will also be applicable
We are looking for a social media and content creator to join our team as we look to embark on an exciting phase of growth. This part time Saturday role would be ideal for someone creative and interested in a career within digital marketing or social media management. - Company pension

Hours of work are Saturday 9am-5pm (including a paid lunch break) and the candidate will be based at our office in Poole (BH17 0UJ).
Candidates will be required to demonstrate exceptional written communication skills, comprehensive social media management expertise and a passion for all things digital., The candidate will be hard working, enthusiastic and self motivated with a "keen to learn attitude" and ideal have experience with design software, such as Canva.
No qualifications are required, however we are looking for someone who is able to use their initiative and work to a good standard.
