Spraying Supervisor

Our head office in Sandtoft acts as the central hub directing operations through our depot network to deliver the highest quality of products and services to its extensive customer base.

• We are on the lookout for an experienced and reliable Spray Operative to lead our team and deliver a high standard of refurbishment


• Be able to use air assisted and airless paint spray pumps.


• Filling, sanding, and smoothing surfaces that need to be sprayed.


• Even application of wet primers, paints, and wet coatings to portable units, avoiding over spraying/coating.


• Complete quality checks in line with company processes; visually inspect work for pinholes, runs, bare spots, proper coverage and refinish as required.


• Ensure optimum use of materials within your control to minimise scrap / wastage


• Complete cleaning and maintenance tasks equipment related to spray painting operations


The role will include physical work whilst working indoors and outdoors.

Successful applicants must be comfortable working alone or as part of a team.

A current forklift licence would be an advantage.

Due to our location, own transport is essential.,
