Static Multiskilled Electrician

We require an engineer with electrical experience and qualifications to join our team at a shopping centre in Sunderland. The role is a static position and the ideal candidate will be comfortable turning their hands to other jobs outside of electrical works such as minor plumbing and fabric works. The job will be maintaining the public areas and back of house in a large shopping centre in Sunderland. This position is ideal for an engineer wanting to work close to home and happy attending the same site while building relationships with the shopping centres staff and management.

Rate of pay:

• 40 hrs per week


• Overtime available
  
  Preferred but not essential:


• City and Guilds NVQ level 3 in electrical discipline


• City and Guilds 2382-10 (18th Edition I.E.E wiring Regulations or equivalent)


• AM2


• Multiskilled


• Experience in carrying out testing and inspection, and installation works


• Fire Alarm testing


• Minor plumbing and fabric works


• Fault finding


• Will have a full driving licence


• General Health and Safety responsibilities


• Asbestos Awareness


• IPAF


• PASMA, Electrical Engineering: 5 years (preferred)
