Full Job Description

Here at GXO, we are looking for a Stock Team Leader to join our expanding team in Sherburn in Elmet. Supporting our Manchester United contract on the day shift, you will assist and support the management team to achieve and meet both the customer's and operations expectations while ensuring colleagues are meeting all Health and Safety requirements.,

  • Undertake all aspects of conduct, planned and unplanned stock checks and investigations from receipt through to despatch, ensuring stock integrity in line with contractual KPIs

  • Ensure that training and development requirements for direct reports are regularly carried out

  • Provide accurate information for reports to senior management and the customer on a regular basis

  • Liaise closely with the Stock Manager and Stock Shift Manager to ensure all stock held on site is compliant with customer specifications and tolerance levels, including shrinkage

    Previous experience within a similar environment and understanding of Warehouse Management Systems, ideally DLX, is desirable

  • Ability to read and understand operational documentation which contains stock related information

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite, including MS Excel

  • Previous participation in audits or stock investigations

    This is a permanent, full-time position, working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 07:00 - 19:00., We're looking to offer a salary of up to £29,000 per annum and 23 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
