Full Job Description

Advocate for the importance of extracurricular activities in supporting the development of our young people.
Organise and facilitate events that cater to a wide range of student interests and needs.
Demonstrate proficiency in discussing and presenting wellbeing-related topics to student groups.
Collaborate with external partners to coordinate guest speakers, workshops and events focusing on issues such as sexual health, stress and anxiety awareness, resilience development.

Embrace challenges and an adaptable work ethic, contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Good understanding of wellbeing-related topics
Ability to confidently engage with students in group settings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in event planning and coordination
A proactive team player with a willingness to embrace new challenges
Passionate advocate for students' personal development within the Further Education sector
