Male Support Worker- Sheffield Outreach Part time (16 hrs per week) available Drivers Preferred We offer a competitive rate of £11.44ph plus great benefits! We are looking for people to join our friendly and welcoming team in Sheffield Outreach, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, where you will have the opportunity to enhance people's lives. We deliver creative, dynamic and person centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in an outreach and supported living services. Your role would include supporting adults with varying conditions such as a learning disability, Autism, mental health and physical conditions to live as independent a lift as possible. To support people to learn and develop new skills, to engage in meaningful and purposeful activities and life skills which may include; personal care, budgeting, shopping, medication, cooking , cleaning, attending appointments, engaging in community activities to name a few You'll have a really rewarding role

Sleep in support and weekend work is required. Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided An enhanced Adult DBS application will be required for successful applicants.
