The weekly hours can be used flexibly ie 8 per fortnight.Preferably alternate days, probably no more than 4-5 hours a day,as holidays can be quite stressful for her if not in a consistent routine. For e.g Mon, Wed, Fri 10-3. Followed by a weekend for e.g Sat 10-2 etc flexibility once again. The successful applicant would help to support me with life skills such as teaching Sophie about road safety, stranger danger, personal care, preparing basic snacks and meals and learning about money.Sophie is 12 and already quite independent but needs a lot of supervision to keep her safe.We need a person who
can remain calm in difficult situations and is patient and understands how autism can impact on a person.Confidentiality is of the upmost importance.
