Opportunity to teach A-Level, 0.6 FTE

Please note the hours are expected to be worked over 4 short days, timetable dependent.

The Maths and Science Faculty deliver a range of A level and BTEC courses. We offer A levels in biology, chemistry, physics, maths and further maths. The BTEC provision includes Applied human biology (extended certificate) and Applied science (extended diploma). The faculty is comprised of 16 teaching staff and 5 science technicians all of whom are focused on delivering high quality provision in line with the college vision, mission, and values. A specialist maths team deliver all aspects of the maths curriculum and the traditional A level sciences are also delivered by subject specialists. The applied courses in turn are delivered by a team of specialists which does include teachers of A level subjects. All staff work collaboratively to ensure students receive an enjoyable, enriching, and challenging experience which enables all students to realise their potential.
