Teacher / Tutoring jobs in Online: Law. (I need a competent professor to helpme improve Law)

My name is Youssef and I am contacting you regarding my younger brother who is a second year Business student at the University of Bath.
As part of his degree, he is taking a company law module for which he needs to submit a 10 minute video presentation.
He has done most of the work preparing for the presentation but would like your help to make sure he is touching on the key points.His presentation brief is to:"Advise ASAP Transport on a change of business structure".Please let me know if you are able to help.
He is available for online lessons immediately and is working towards a Monday (22nd April) submission.

Discuss and understand the objectives of the student before starting lessons in Law.

Able to work with people of various backgrounds and ethnicities.
Experience in following a structured tutoring syllabus.
Must be genuinely interested in the development of the student.
Assess student's capabilities and weakness in Law.
