Position: Team Leader
Contract Type: Permanent- 40 hours per week
Location: Sheffield
Shift: Days Monday - Friday 13:00-22:00

About the role:

We're looking for a new Team Leader to join our warehouse team. This is a vital role to assist the operation of the warehouse team and ensure that company policy and expectations are met. You'll be hands on and involved in stock checks, labelling and sorting orders, and effectively communicate messages and updates to the warehouse team.

Key Role Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for a team of Warehouse Operatives, ensuring that paperwork has been correctly filled in when taking in deliveries - following processes throughout. Ensuring that parcels are handled with care, following procedures when working with fragile or large items to prevent damages and costs to the business. You will work alongside Supervisors and Shift Managers to create a positive and efficient working environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 or more years of experience in a Warehouse setting

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Good IT skills

  • Understanding of overall network operation
