Team Supervisor

As a Team Supervisor based in Driffield, you'll be responsible for:

• Supporting the Branch Manager with meeting targets, maintaining sales availability and health and safety.


• Managing the branch in the BM's absence.


• Building relationships with customers while serving on the trade counter.


• Warehouse tasks to include goods in, picking and packing.
  
  A customer focused/sales/retail or trade background.


• Previous management experience is preferrable.


• Ability to learn quickly, be hands on and work at pace with the team.

£28,000 + Bonus
