More detail about the role We have the exciting opportunity to appoint a Therapy/Healthcare Support Worker to join our enthusiastic Community Therapy team based in Holsworthy. We are looking for a practical, proactive and enthusiastic individual with good communication skills. We are looking for an applicant with experience of working in a Care or Rehabilitation setting with the passion to work in the Community Therapy Rehab Team based at Holsworthy Community Hospital. You will be working with people with a wide range of disabilities and acute or long-term conditions. The role of the Therapy Support Worker must be responsible for assisting the Therapy staff in the screening, application and monitoring treatment programmes of delegated patients within a broad framework laid down by and as directed by the supervising Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
