Full Job Description

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects within the secondary school curriculum.

  • Support students with their learning, providing guidance and encouragement as they progress academically.

  • Supervise students during lessons, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.

  • Collaborate with teaching staff to create engaging and interactive learning activities that cater to the diverse needs of students.

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance with their studies.

  • Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources, including classroom displays and educational aids.

  • Uphold school policies and procedures, promoting positive behavior and maintaining discipline within the classroom.

  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities as required.

  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community within the school.

    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Unqualified Secondary School Teacher. This role is ideal for someone who possesses a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of young people and is enthusiastic about working in the education sector. While formal teaching qualifications are not required, candidates must demonstrate a genuine interest in education and a willingness to learn and develop their skills., A genuine passion for education and a desire to work with young people.
