Full Job Description

  • Contributing to safety audits and SIO generation (Safety Improvement Opportunities), creating a culture of 'safety first.'

  • Ensuring full compliance of Health and Safety procedures including SOP adherence, PPE and Workwear and incident investigations.

  • Reporting any safety issues promptly, reinforcing policies to others where needed.

  • Sustaining good housekeeping standards.

  • Actively participating in capturing and closing out 3C SQDCIP actions.

  • Following standard work help to deliver SQDCIP targets.

    Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred, but not required., is committed to working safely

  • is trustworthy and thoughtful


  • is flexible across a rotating shift pattern

  • speaks basic English

  • has a positive attitude and is able to work well as a team
