As a Graduate Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment at our manufacturing site in St Helens. You will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced manager, gaining valuable hands-on experience while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our employees.,

Conducting risk assessments and implementing effective control measures to mitigate workplace hazards.

Developing and delivering health and safety training programs for employees at all levels.

Investigating incidents and near misses, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.

Keeping abreast of relevant health and safety legislation and industry best practices.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Strong passion for health, safety, and environmental sustainability.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant internships or work experience is a plus but not required.
